1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders placed on our website (https://naripowergear.com) will be processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be notified promptly via the email address you provided during checkout.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (available for orders placed before 12:00 PM local time).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the size and weight of your order, and the delivery address. You can view the shipping costs in real-time during the checkout process. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the website.
5. Delivery Issues

6. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Shipping
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We encourage you to provide a physical street address for faster and more reliable delivery.
7. Signature Requirement
For certain high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure that the package reaches the intended recipient. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
