We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized laptops.
  • Software, digital downloads, and licenses.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, inspection takes 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If your product has a manufacturer defect, we offer a free exchange or repair.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@naripowergear.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a return authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
